How to deal with the noise of high-speed lockstitch sewing machine?

When working at high speed, the high-speed lockstitch sewing machine emits abnormal friction, impact and looseness, which belong to the "noise".

When the high-speed lockstitch sewing machine produces an abnormal noise failure, we can identify where the machine failure occurs, and then conduct targeted treatment for the different parts of the mechanism where the noise .

Case 1. The meshing heights of tooth surface of the bevel gear is different, causing noise when the gear is running at high speed.

We loosen the fastening screws of the bevel gears with different tooth surfaces. Firstly loosen the sleeve fastening screws that are in contact with the shaft of the bevel gear. Use the tapping rod to knock the high and low positions of the tooth surfaces and then tighten the bevel gears respectively And the fastening screws of the shaft sleeve.

Case 2. Noise is caused by the axial looseness of the upper shaft, vertical shaft and lower shaft .

We can loosen the two fastening screws of the gear, and then re-adjust the vertical shaft according to the standard, adjust the axial clearance of the upper and lower shafts until it is suitable.

Case 3. Too large or too small bevel gear tooth surface meshing gap causes acoustic failure.

We correct the meshing gap of the tooth surface of the bevel gear by tapping the sleeve. Generally, the meshing gap of a pair of gears is between 0.20mm~0.40mm.

Case 4. The gear quality is not good.

Add a small amount of abrasive paste on the two pairs of meshing tooth surfaces, we turn the upper wheel up and down by hand, about 10 to 15 minutes. Then, we use kerosene to clean the dirt, add a little lubricating oil, then adjust the gap as required.

Case 5. The gap between the rotary hook and the positioning hook is too large.

We can adjust the gap between the hook and the positioning hook in the range of 0.45mm~0.65mm.

Case 6. The moving parts lack oil due to the failure of the oil circuit system.

We can check or adjust the oil supply of the oil system.

Case 7. The rack or high-speed lockstitch sewing machine head is not installed smoothly.

In this case, we need to re-adjust the frame or head to make it stable.
