The Structure and Usage of industrial blind stitch sewing machine
1.In general, the selection and installation of machine needles, small (fine) needles should be used for thin, brittle and dense sewing materials, while large (thick) needles should be used for thick, soft and sparse sewing materials. Thick needle used for sewing thin material will cause larger friction between machine needle and sewing material. When machine needle rises, the sewing material will rise randomly in the foot pressing groove, which delays the formation of thread ring, thus causing needle jumping. When fine needle is selected for sewing thick material, it will cause needle bending or needle breaking.
When sewing at high speed, the severe friction between needle and sewing material will lead to the formation of melting holes or the melting of chemical fibre stitches in chemical fibre fabrics. The resistance of needle holes will increase, which will worsen the forming conditions of surface yarns and lead to the jumping or breaking of needles. Therefore, special selection and cooling of machine needles should be carried out.
When sewing chemical fibre fabrics with low melting point at high speed, double machine needles or high speed machine needles can be used. Thickness of upper knot can increase stiffness of machine needle and fineness of lower knot can reduce friction between needle and sewing material, thus reducing needle temperature. The size of needle tip and both sides of needle hole of high speed machine needle is 5%~7% thicker than the diameter of needle rod, which can reduce friction heat between needle rod and sewing material.
The needle temperature can be effectively reduced by adding silicone oil to the sewing thread and air-cooling. The silicone oil is colorless, transparent and volatile. It can take away part of the heat of the needle when sewing at high speed.
When you install the needle, you should cut off the power supply of the motor and turn the upper wheel to raise the needle rod to the highest position, loosen the needle screw and point the needle's long capacity thread slot to the left of the operator. Then you should insert the handle into the needle hole at the lower part of the needle rod, so that it touches the top of the needle rod hole, and tighten the needle screw.
2. When you choose the sewing thread and threading thread, you should consider its seamlessness, strength and uniformity, so as to ensure the seam fastness. Left-handed thread should be selected for surface thread used in high-speed sewing machine, and the twist is moderate. Both left-handed and right-handed bottom thread can be used.
